This incident happened when a mother dog with her puppies slept together in the open unknown of the fact that today is going to be horrific night. They were resting peacefully when suddenly a poisonous snake attacked the group.
The mother dog sensing the danger started protecting her kids, but the snake was too agile to be stopped by dog and unfortunately the dog and her two puppies were bitten by snake.
Even though bitten by the snake the mother dog kept protecting her puppies and the snake went away. The owner of the dog immediately took them to the vet. Despite all the efforts taken by the doctors they couldn’t keep the mother dog alive. However the puppies recovered and are now in good state.
This incident provides with a valuable lesson for the animal keeper that one should be very vigilant towards the safety of their pets and should always look after their safety as their first priority.
